Who you're dealing with
Kept Chats is run by ALGD LTD, registered in Northern Ireland (NI744090). You can reach us at [email protected].
Your export
Only open exports you have the right to read, such as your own account's export or one you have been given by its owner or their family. Kept Chats never sees your files.
What the tool does and doesn't promise
Microsoft has not published a full description of the export format; Kept Chats reads it from Microsoft's summary, open-source tools and its own testing. Keep your original export file: Kept Chats doesn't change it, and it is the record to keep.
The unlock
The unlock is a one-time payment of £9 for saving conversations as PDF, web page and CSV. It applies to the browser you use it in; returning to the link from your purchase unlocks another. Your rights under UK consumer law aren't affected by these terms.
Liability
We don't exclude liability where the law doesn't allow it. Otherwise the free reader is provided as it is.
